No, we do not provide refunds. Please see our terms and conditions, which is required to accept. We encourage clients to purchase travel insurance.
You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself unable to make a payment you must send us an email within 5 days from the date recommended. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us your reservations will automatically cancel.
You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.
Yes, you can as long as the reservations are still open.
Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. It will list your monthly payment plan.
Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days prior to the event via email.
